Pretty Sleepy

I am one of those girls that would live in her pyjamas if she could. I dream of a closet full of beautiful night things (that I would wear in the day ... obviously). Wisps of silk and lace, cotton, white, black, baby blue, robes, fluffy slippers, dresses, oversized shirts...

Then I saw this...

I have died and gone to nightgown heaven (confession: I think this is actually a summer dress, but I don't care, I want one in every colour).

What a beautiful Spring day! (We're secretly thrilled that it rained most of the day... we're definitely Winter people). Can't believe we are three quarters through the year and that Summer is on its way. Time for garden parties, evening strolls, ice cream, lazy days on the beach (don't forget the sunscreen!) and holidays! But in the meantime, we're happy to enjoy all things Spring... flowers, flowers, flowers (see the floral inspired loveliness below), babies (remind us again why there are so many babies being born this time of year?), dresses and (hopefully) more rain! What are you looking forward to?

Fashion Flash

Spring seems to be on its way... (not that we have had much of a winter) and we are getting excited about all the wonderful things that come with Spring... Spring/Summer storms, pedicured toes, delicate sandals, warmer weather, long days on the beach, chirping birds, pretty flowers and gorgeous, gorgeous clothes...

Our fashion forecast for Spring/Summer...? We are loving sailor/military inspired everything- think denim, red, white and blue... stripes, bold buttons and other lovely little details. Pretty things are also high on our lust-haves for Spring/Summer... think lace, bows, ruffles, florals, pastel colours, floaty fabrics and all things feminine.
